2009 CITE MD National Scholarship Award Recipient

Earline Rogers CITE MARYLAND                School: Towson State University Earline Rogers is a 49 year old single mother of two daughters.  Chanelle is a senior student at Towson University and Latreese is a sophomore at Harford Community College. After starting her family Earline decided to become a licensed day care provider.  She then trained to be a specialized foster parent.  She provided services for several special teenagers from 1993 until 2004. In 2000, Earline was hired as a bank teller.  While working at the bank, she received 8 President’s Club Certificates and became certified through the Emerging Leaders Program.  She was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager in 2001, and Branch Manager 2005 - 2008. Earline is active in her church where she developed and design training for the finance division.  She also educates a seniors group on diet and obesity and develops exercise and healthy eating plans. Her life goal is to receive a B.A. Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
